TRAINING FOR GOLF

For optimal performance on the golf course, in addition to great skills, you must possess a combination of

  • muscle strength
  • explosive power
  • balance and coordination
  • endurance
  • flexibility
  • mental clarity

Those are athletic requirements. You are an athlete! Yet the majority of golfers spend little or no time on physical conditioning, including flexibility. They do not think of themselves as athletes and don't treat themselves as such, letting the opportunity to consistently play at or near their maximum potential pass them by.

You can change that by thinking of yourself as an athlete and training like one! But if you are serious about improving your performance on the course, you must be serious about training in a way that is specific to golf.

Athletes don't train to be stronger or faster by heading down to their local health club and asking for a program from the personal trainer at the front desk-and neither should you! The program that will make a real difference in the way you play incorporates dynamic movements and exercises that are designed to enhance your athletic performance by improving your body's functional strength and power capabilities. Train with us and you'll experience that difference . . . .
